Author should indicate the presentation of choice in either of:
a. Oral Presentation
b. Poster Presentation

Abstracts should be of an original article that has yet to be sent for publishing or previously published.

Articles related to the main and sub-themes will be given preference

Abstract must have a running head that should be in capital letters and not bolded.

Title of each article abstract should contain the words most relevant to the article, be descriptive and unambiguous.

Abstract should be clear, concise and written in past tense/passive voice. Free of undefined abbreviations, acronyms, citations, references and speculative phraseology.

Abstract should include up to 3-5 keywords at the bottom of the paper, and the word "keywords" indented in italics.

Readable 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced with 1-inch margins on all sides of page.

The acceptable word count is a minimum of 150 words and a maximum of 250 words.

i. Name
ii. Institution

iv. E-mail of the corresponding
v. Presenting author: indicate same if corresponding = presenting author.

k. Choice of presentation: Oral or Poster.

The committee will determine mode of presentation

All oral presentations will be via power point

Authors are advised to make their slides concise, engaging and legible

Presentations are expected to avoid plagiarism and contain in-text citations, references, possible limitations and disclosures in addition to guidelines previously specified (under abstracts).

Time allocated for each presentation shall not be more than 20mins comprising 10mins of active listening and 10mins for interaction.
